Job Summary
The Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension at the University of Colorado Denver is looking for a medical statistician, mainly to work on the statistical analysis of results from clinical trials and epidemiological studies.
Posting Description
Much of this research will be related to renal, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. In addition there will be the opportunity to collaborate in methodological research and study design. Teaching of postgraduate students would also be expected. The applicant requires an aptitude for both applied and methodological research, good communication and writing skills and statistical computing experience. An MSc in statistics or equivalent is essential and past experience of clinical trials and/or epidemiological research is desirable. Duties in this faculty position will include statistics for clinical and epidemiological studies and teaching postgraduate students.
