Complete eligibility reviews for MAGI and certain non-MAGI programs.
Non-MAGI programs that will be reviewed are Medicare Savings Programs, Health First Colorado Buy-In for Working Adults with Disabilities, and Health First Colorado Buy-In Program for Children with Disabilities.
This is a full-time position and remote only.
Duties DUTIES:
Review and determine eligibility (MAGI and certain non-MAGI) Interpret and apply appropriate laws and rules Navigate applicable computer systems, internal resources, and program requirements Reviews client applications, verifies information, and participates in client interviews Identifies additional external referrals to provide clients REQUIREMENTS:
Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Ability to maintain professionalism and calm demeanor while working in high volume, high stress, fast paced environment Accurate data entry Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, such as word, excel, outlook Ability to read and understand legal documents Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and with angry or difficult clients Ability to maintain effective working relationships with peers, clients, and management Behavioral Competencies:

Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent At least 3 years of office, clerical or customer service experience Preferred Education and
Experience:
Associates or Bachelors Degree Human Services experience, specifically with an agency that determines eligibility for welfare resources Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing another language Any equivalent combination of education and work experience that satisfy the requirements of the job will be considered.
Supplemental Information Pre-Employment Additional Requirements:
Must successfully pass pre-employment testing which includes an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.

Work is generally confined to a standard office environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
