We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a Product Training Specialist to join our talented team! The Product Training Specialist is responsible for using industry and product knowledge, along with a proficiency in adult education to develop and deliver learning solutions that enable the success of Bobcat's dealers.
A key responsibility is to facilitate training classes for dealer sales specialists on specific products using in-person, virtual, and hybrid delivery methods.
This position will act as an internal product expert to combine multiple perspectives into holistic and innovative learning solutions that maximize the impact to the business.
This position is open to a location of West Fargo, ND or Aurora, CO and a hybrid/remote location may be considered.
The qualified candidate will have:
Education required:
Bachelor's degree or significant experience in lieu of degree required.
Experience required:
Minimum of 2 years in technical training or technical sales training.
Proficient in data mining, research, and analysis.
Ability to facilitate engaging and experiential learning programs.
Capability of developing industry leading online and in-person training content.
A background/aptitude in agricultural, construction or industrial motorized, mobile equipment.
A demonstration of persuasive selling skills.
Ability to command respect of sales specialists and diverse audiences through verbal and written skills.
Travel required:
50-75%.
