We are a family-owned and operated dealership group with a common goal of providing a great selection of new and used vehicles, exceptional car care and legendary customer service with a smile!
Responsibilities:
Prepare paperwork for the titling of new, used vehicles and wholesale transactions (in and out of state) Ensures retail & lease transactions are processed in a timely manner Visit local DMV office when necessary to complete registrations Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles Reconcile the DMV schedule for month-end auditing Issue refunds as necessary when fees are over collected Keep current with applicable laws Make trade-in payoffs and contact banks to obtain lien releases Apply for duplicate titles when needed Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
before forwarding to accounting Issue stock numbers and stock in used vehicles purchased Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets and file titles received Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years of related dealership experience CDK experience strongly preferred Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check We are seeking a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within our company!
