Assistant to the Principal

Regis Jesuit High School is seeking an Assistant to the Principal to begin immediately upon hire.
The primary role of the Assistant to the Principal is to provide clerical support to the Principal.
This includes the coordination of academic events throughout the year.
Additional functions include the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The Assistant to the Principal is a full-time, year-round position reporting directly to the Principal.
The starting salary is $22/hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Principal's Office Schedule appointments Sort principal mail Handle internal and external communication Maintain positive rapport with students and guests Coordinate teacher subbing Coordinate Academic courses for summer school Order correspondence supply (letterhead, envelopes, etc.
) as needed for the Principal Office Cover BD main office receptionist desk during summer months (door, phone) Oversee service calls on equipment - Steele Center Perform any other Regis Jesuit duties requested by the Principal Events Coordination:
Coordinate all Baccalaureate and Graduation events Coordinate Underclass Awards/Senior Awards Events Organize production of plaques, certificates, and awards Coordinate Check-in Day and Lifetouch Photos Coordinate Back-To-School Night Coordinate Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences Assist with logistics for new educator meetings, Back-To-School employee meetings, BTS picnic, and End of Year celebrations Budget:
Keep record of invoices for the Principal's budget and reconcile with Business Office monthly Prepare and assist the Principal with budgets and credit card processes Requirements (Education, Experience, Required/Preferred Skills) Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products Experience with End Design software and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to abide by strict confidentiality rules Recommended Skills Adobe Creative Suite Cad Communication Confidentiality Education Financial Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
