Operator with Security Clearance
o Analyze and Monitor system operation Correct system malfunctions and maintain system health.
o Work in an open environment where frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers is ordinary.
o The positions schedule supports a non-traditional work week comprised of 12-hour shifts with a day night rotation for 24/7 coverage.
You may be required to work weekends, holidays & as the schedule dictates.

o Required Skills:
Upon acceptance this person will enter a formal certification process and will be required to obtain and maintain certification for ground terminal operations.
o Knowledge and ability to work on operational systems within an Operational and Maintenance (O&M) industry.
o Ability to learn and understand a wide application of technical theories and concepts utilized in this area.
o Ability to work in a multi-tasking dynamic environment under general direction Must be willing to work 12 hour rotating day and night shifts supporting a 7 x 24 mission.
o Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white, and green) o Requires the ability to utilize graphical and textual color displays of remote systems to evaluate and respond to mission needs.
o
Qualifications:
Desire 2 years' experience with two or more of the following:
Electronic systems, Electro-mechanical systems, software applications and/or data processing systems o Working experience with Intelligence and Space and in a customer environment.
o Excellent technical writing and presentation skills o Demonstrated ability to understand existing procedures while looking for ways to improve them.
o Experience performing satellite mission support in a near real-time environment.
o Experience monitoring and quickly digesting the status of multiple large systems and rapidly reasoning through and prioritizing appropriate responses to real-time situations.
o Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify causes and affect relationships.
o Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a high-pressure work environment.
o Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant job experience or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree but Bachelors degree is not required.
o Military experience may substitute for some requirements.
Military technical certification credit for military experience ( military personnel who have been formally trained or have relevant experience obtained while in service versus civilian training).
