Main Responsibilities The Lab IT Support Analyst will be responsible to provide steady state support for existing validated and non-validated computer-controlled instruments at the Denver location.
Some remote support for computer-controlled instruments in ARC Thousand Oaks is expected.
Steady state support includes the following lifecycle management
Responsibilities:
Weekly IT touch points with business system owners, facilities and IT team members ServiceNow management of SARFs (user account management), Requests & Incidents Troubleshoot user access, security, and software issues Tech support for PCs running instrument software Workstation vulnerability patching Security scans and remediation's Manage storage space/Archive data Forecast & manage workstation refreshes SW/HW/FW/OS installations and upgrades Test case creation/executions Druva storage space planning Preventative Maintenance & Calibrations oversight with Facilities Lockdown USB ports with policies TeamViewer tool install Acronis Imaging Set up Druva Backups Connect to NuGenesisfor file archiving Updating the master instrument inventory matrix Periodic Reviews:
User Accounts, Backups & Audit Trail Decommissioning Skills:
Preferred Knowledge Of and Experience With:

Cellaca Glomax DDPCR Nanodrop NC-200 Microbeta Cytoflex Faxitron Data Integrity 21CFRPart 11 GDP, GMP, GLP, Google Cloud Platform Validation of computer-controlled instruments Duration:
6 months with extension if a contractor is dependable.
Education and
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in systems security and administration for the Analyst level.
5-10 years of experience in systems security and administration for Senior Analyst level Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline preferred.
