What You'll Do
Lead all phases of estimating and bidding for commercial plumbing projects
Perform detailed take-offs and cost analysis
Review drawings, specs, and contracts to define project scope
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, and client discussions
Prepare proposals and scope letters
What You Bring
5
years of commercial plumbing estimating experience (not general MEP)
Strong understanding of construction documents and bidding processes
Experience with tools like Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar
Plumbing field background is a big plus
Knowledge of the Denver market preferred

$90K - $130K base
10-15% bonus
