Lockheed Martin is looking for a highly motivated Systems Engineer to become a member of the Systems Design and Integration Team. As a Systems Engineer, you will:
o Draft, review, and release requirements specification documents, including defining the requirements and verification baseline o Establish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system-level design and decomposition into requirements o Perform system analysis and interface definition and management/ execution o Participate in studies and system trades for enhanced capabilities o Develop plans to on-ramp new mission capabilities while protecting the primary mission o Participate in and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews Basic
Qualifications:
o Experience with one or more Systems Integration functions including:
a.) System trade studies and/or System modeling b.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development c.) System Integration, Test and/or Verification d.) Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies o Knowledge of the Systems Engineering process including trade studies, design reviews and system verification o Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance, therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required. Desired Skills:
o Preferred 2
years of experience with Hypersonic Programs o 3
years with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test, with knowledge of space, missile, and launch systems at the component through system level o Experience in requirements specifications definition, development, verification processes, decomposition, allocation, and tools o Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program o Experiencing interacting with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied o Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change o Active Secret security clearance hr>
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
