Summary:
Principal Professionals are responsible for exercising discretion, analytical skill, personal accountability and responsibility in a wide range of areas including academic, administrative, managerial and student services functions.
Work involves creating, integrating, applying and sharing knowledge directly related to a professional field.

Key
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and manage the enterprise data warehouse and the processes required to extract, transform, cleanse, and load the data into the enterprise data warehouse and data marts.
Design and development of ETL processes using Python, Google Cloud products and API's, and other ETL tools.
(20%) Implement data warehousing solutions, including data modeling, solutions integration, and working with other team members to troubleshoot and ensure quality of the data warehouse.
(10%) Lead development of solutions and enhancements to technical standards to address data warehouse query and application performance and quality.
(20%) Consult, coordinate, influence and manage relationship with vendor, partner, and affiliate IT teams and users to solve problems.
(10%) Design and implement infrastructure and application solutions to support organizational goals and customers (10%) Create and update documentation to support development work, including ETL source to target mappings, design, data flow diagrams, narratives, code review logs, validation results, execution logs, and profiling results.
(10%) Maintain documentation of data definitions, content domains, data classes, subject area classification, and conformed dimensions.
(10%) Analyze risk and solutions for organization to reduce risk, while delivering quality applications and services to the campus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technology, or a related field.
At least five (5) years of experience which includes experience within:
Public cloud platforms; Data warehousing and business intelligence in the healthcare industry; ETL design, development, performance and validation; Designing, developing and validating complex database load and maintenance processes with ETL tools (Python, Google API's); Google Cloud Platform technology (IaaS and SaaS); Data development tools, languages, and environments (SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Unix and Windows shell, Python, R, SAS, C/C++); or Application infrastructure development and support within GCP.
