Job Overview The MC2 Operations Coordinator for Alumni Programming is responsible connecting alumni directly into career opportunities in healthcare.
This role will be responsible for the MC2 alumni programming including outreach, support and building pathways directly into job opportunities in the MC2 program health systems.
This role will include further developing a new program branch that offers entry level healthcare certifications for MC2 high school seniors and graduates.
Partnering with hiring managers, talent acquisition and talent management functions, this role will work to connect MC2 alumni to meet workforce needs across the system of care.
This position will offer career coaching, resume and cover letter review and interview preparation.
Partnering with MC2 sites across Colorado, this role will also manage the alumni tracking program and workforce integration of alumni programs.
Qualifications EDUCATION - High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE - Two years of experience coordinating and supporting programs.
EQUIVALENCY - An Associate or higher degree, in a related field, may substitute for the experience requirements on a year for year basis.

Acts as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.

Provides administrative support by planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operational activities of the program, project and/or initiative.
Utilizes a variety of technologies, including databases and spreadsheets, to track and monitor outcomes, financials, data, and other information.
Compiles data and prepares reports and presentations; and participates in the communication of program, initiative, or project status and progress.
Assists in the development of short and long term plans and strategies for programs, monitors progress, assures adherence and evaluates performance.
Assists in the design of performance objectives and implements and monitors programming to meet desired outcomes.
Assists with the development and facilitation of training to address team member needs and identify relevant updates when needed.
Assists with the development of outreach plan(s) according to program needs and capacity.

Salary Information Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week):
$49,913.
34 to $74,870.
