Summary:
The Division of Cardiology at the University of Colorado has an opening for a full-time instructor to work at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.
This position is for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for the General Cardiology Program.
This position will include outpatient assessment and management of our adult and adolescent patients in conjunction with our general cardiologists.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Independent assessment and management of general cardiology patients in follow-up Support of General Cardiology physicians in clinic Provide timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) of progress notes, transfer documentation, and discharge summaries.

State of Colorado Certified Physician Assistant or Inclusion on the State of Colorado Advanced Practice Registry as an Advance Practice Nurse Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners ACLS Certified Preferred

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
$90,000 to $125,000The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
