This position de-escalates customer concerns and supports customers by providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative will be assigned duties, based on organizational needs and priorities.
Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem.
Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services Escalate complex issues to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary Anticipate customer needs, following up with previous customers to ensure successful resolution Perform and coordinate special projects as assigned Qualifications and Experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function assigned satisfactorily.

years of experience in customer experience, preferably in the food industry Possess excellent customer service and communication skills Flexibility to work varied shifts Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking and communicating in an efficient mannerDemonstrated initiative, urgency, commitment, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration in a matrix environment Microsoft Excel proficient Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred Job Type:
