On Site Customer Service Representative
Description SM Cargo is hiring for Customer Service Representatives in the fast-paced air cargo industry.
Join our team of problem solvers working with some of the world's largest airline cargo operations.
As part of Staff Management SM Cargo you'll earn a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment.
Our Associates start at a pay rate of $19/hour.
During their first 30 days, we provide training opportunities and certifications that qualify Associates to earn an additional $2/hour (for a $21/hour pay rate).

Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Part Time Direct Hire Long Term 1st Shift 2nd Shift Weekend Shifts Flex Scheduling Job Responsibilities Service customers at counter while projecting a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and public in a courteous manner Interact with customer to ensure complete and accurate shipping documents and all documents related to terminating shipments Collect record and properly process all monies from customers Answer telephone and take appropriate action when necessary and/or required Advise customers via telephone and written notification of the arrival of shipments Inform shipper of cost of freight and storage charges if applicable Complete airway bills required data entry, and update computer records.
Review paperwork and information to ensure accuracy and completion Associates have the following requirements:
Must be comfortable with tendering PETS/Animals Must possess a valid Driver's License/Government Issued picture ID Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, and airport/government security check Must possess the ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holiday Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old https:
