Demonstrable real-world experience in network configuration and management of critical network environments Has a clear understanding of the OSI model Experience with IPSec, multilayer switching and VLANs Knowledgeable in Static/Dynamic IP environments, LAN/WAN interfaces, Routed and routing protocols, subnetting, remote management and monitoring using SNMPv3 and SSH in both large and small-scale networks Experience in network devices such as Cisco ASAs, Routers, and Switches Familiarity with CISCO Spine-Leaf network topology/architecture Experience with Cisco IOS, NX OS Experience and/or knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, Multicast and UDP BACHELORS DEGREE Description/Comment:
This position requires an individual with network administration experience on multiple networking platforms who can work in a structured configuration controlled environment, primarily focused on the support and maintenance of real-time system applications on an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for leading team in network design, upgrades, evaluating network platform level problems and providing immediate solutions to restore service.
This position requires US Citizenship with a current TS/SCI with CI Poly Government Security Clearance.
