Program ManagerThis position is for a Sr.
Program Manager.
You will be working closely with a talented team to create and deliver software products.
In addition, you will have the opportunity work with members of our Leadership team to grow the business and influence the future at Stratagem.
TS//SCI REQUIRED Our ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI clearance and has 6
years of Program Management experience delivering mission-critical software platforms to DoD customers.
Required skills:
o Active TS/SCI clearanceo 6
years' experience in Program Management or related fieldo Strong leadership skills and business acumeno Successful capture and business experienceo Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability work with a variety of internal and external stakeholderso Effectively led briefings and strategy meetings for executive management, customer and government representativeso Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences in pursuit of common objectives Desired Skills (bonus points) o Experience with Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus and Time and Materials contractso Program Management Professional (PMP) certifiedo Experience as a supervisor or manager of a software teamo Experience managing and directing sub-contractors and/or vendorso Experience leading Agile software programs and/or projectso Experience with NSIS and delivering software products to Government sites Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Certified Project Management Professional Commercial Awareness Communication Computing Platforms Contract Management Apply to this job.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
