219.267.0983 email protected Responsibilitieso Provides skilled occupational therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders andby assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients.o Adheres to state requirements for supervision of COTAs to provide services with the highestcare standardso Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exerciseprograms; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment;recommending follow-up programs.o Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regardingpatient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapyas well as discharge summaries.o Maintains patient records confidentially.o Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.o Complies with the applicable State Occupational Therapy Practice Act, rules and regulationsQualificationso Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy programo Current State Occupational Therapist licenseo Current NBCOT certificateo Current CPR certificationo Efficient problem-solving skillso Exceptional communication skills and time management skillso Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activitieso Collaborative natureo Allegiance to the mission, values, and vision of the organizationINDPEDABARecruiter :
