This position is a position for Executive Assistant at Gardens Care Saddle Rock Memory Care.
You will be the face of Gardens Care at the front desk of our Saddle Rock Memory Care location and will answer all incoming calls to the company, answer questions about our company and redirect calls to the appropriate location.
You will assist the Executive Director with necessary tasks including family communication, staff support, billing and more.
You must learn Gardens Care philosophy, locations, and staff.
You will learn the Gardens Care way and must show dedication and initiative to communicate effectively with incoming calls and present a warm, welcoming environment to clients.
Qualifications:
