Come be a part of our mission!Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer at our Aurora, CO office.
What you ll get to do? As a Systems Engineer on this team, you will support a team of engineers to define, develop, decompose, analyze, verify, and validate requirements for a Ground Segment.
In this role, you will be supporting program leadership and the customer to define and maintain the technical baseline.
Ultimately, you will support the program through maturity and milestones to achieve the mission, ensuring everything is synchronized.
We have a number of Systems Engineering positions across several new programs, on contract to deliver ground segments for restricted space programs.
This work will span command and control, mission planning and scheduling, mission processing, and system infrastructure.
We have anticipated future growth to deliver additional ground capabilities.
Additional responsibilities for a Staff Systems Engineer may include serving as the subject matter expert on parts of a complex system, leading a team of engineers and mentoring other system engineers on all phases of the program.
Basic
Qualifications:
14 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline; 12 years of relevant experience with a Masters' degree; 9 years of relevant experience with a PhDWorking knowledge of systems engineering principles and processesDemonstrated experience quickly learning new concepts and approachesActive DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willing to submit to a polygraphPreferred
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearanceFamiliarity with space vehicle ground segment designExperience with Agile developmentEffectively communicate and present to project and program management, other technical managers and customersFamiliarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering languages (SysML/UML) and conceptsExcellent technical writing and team building skillsSalary Range:
$153,600.
00 - $230,400.
00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
