The candidate will have experience in creating and decomposing software requirements.
The candidate will have experience in test verification of requirements as well as participation in verification events.
Candidate will have experience with discrepancy reports and developing closure plans.
The candidate will have experience with the software development lifecycle.
The candidate will have experience to the Agile development methodology as it pertains to software development.

Exposure to the preparation and reporting of program plans, schedules, and metrics Experience in test verification of requirements Experience with integration and test procedures and plans Use of discrepancy report systems and developing closure plans Demonstrated ability to the identify, manage, and mitigate technical riskDesired Skills:
Ability to guide time and resources to meet assigned deadlines Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders and individual contributors Exposure to the Agile methodology as it pertains to software developmentRequired Education and
Experience:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulationsEmployee Referral Award Eligibility:

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
