As we expand our portfolio and introduce the state-of-the-art HP Indigo V12 press, we seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales specialist to lead our V12 sales efforts in the West territory.
Who You AreYou have a passion for the Label industry with deep knowledge in Flexographic printing.
You are a person of integrity with a commitment to growth, accountability, and delivering results.
You have a deep understanding of label job costing and financial acumen to a level that you feel comfortable building and presenting Excel files.
What you ll doAs the V12 Sales Lead (West), you will play a pivotal role in building the V12 funnel in the region.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, working with the regional sales team, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
You will manage the V12 key sales cycles with prospects and lead them to a successful closure.
Qualifications:
Deep understanding of the Label industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Deep understanding of Label job costing.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer experiences.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive customer decisions.
Previous experience in capital sales is an advantage.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.
S.
geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S.
is $150,000-200,000.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The Manager is open to any Teleworker working within the majority of the Western United States.
The role is not limited to the five states listed.
