Reporting to our Sr.
Director, Product Management, Autodesk Construction Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Product Management leader to lead our Preconstruction products portfolio in Autodesk Construction Cloud which includes our Takeoff, Estimating, Bidding, Qualification and Sustainability solutions.
As part of this role, you will partner with your UX and Engineering counterparts to shape the strategic direction of Autodesk's Preconstruction toolset and its integration into the larger Autodesk Construction Cloud platform (ACC) platform.
Success in this role requires strategic product and thought leadership, high collaboration skills and ability to drive alignment with cross-functional partners/teams across AEC Construction and Autodesk.
Previous industry experience and familiarity with the Preconstruction space would be a big advantage.
We are a remote-first workplace.
You'll work with teammates across the globe and will travel up to 15% of the time for face-to-face meetings like conferences, team offsites, and customers.
If you prefer office life, we have offices in numerous cites including San Francisco, Portland, Denver, Boston, and Atlanta.
ResponsibilitiesLead a Product Management organization composed of a number of groups focusing on various parts of our preconstruction portfolioCoach product leaders in building best practices and providing growth paths for individualsLeading by example, creating a sense of energy and accountabilityOwn and shape the product strategy and roadmap for the preconstruction workflows in ACCPartner with ACC product groups to deliver a fully integrated solution through design, preconstruction, construction, and handoverHelp the team balance tactical and strategic priorities, balancing tech debt along with business critical features to ensure we deliver rich and robust experiences to customersMinimum Qualifications5

by visiting Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk s competitive compensation package.
For U.
S.
-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $187,000 and $302,500.
Offers are based on the candidate s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
