Job Description &
Responsibilities:
- This position requires familiarity with troubleshooting application and/or system problems, and familiarity working with messaging or other applications and/or technology related to communications.
- This position is responsible for visually monitoring computer system displays for any anomalies and performing corrective actions as required.
- This position requires the ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor.
- This position supports a 24x7x365 operational environment and averages 42 hours per week with occasional overtime.
- The individual must be able to support day or night shift, weekends, and be able to complete 12-hour shifts.
- The work schedule is subject to change at the program manager's discretion.
Qualifications:
- An active and in scope U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with C.I. polygraph.
- Must have Operations and Communications background and be able to complete the Operator Certification process and maintain certification throughout employment.
- Operations personnel will interface directly with system users and the government customer.
