Job Description: Raytheon is currently seeking a Sr. Multi-Disciplined Engineer to provide engineering support to a team responsible for maintain and operating a high priority operational system at a high level of availability. Responsibilities include providing support to Mission Planning functions, including developing and maintaining scripts/web tools, software analysis and troubleshooting, integration and test support, identifying processes improvements and software enhancements, coordinating with other internal and external engineering teams. Other duties include providing inputs to CONOP development, RFCs, and future baselines/capabilities. Responsible for carrying pager (approx. one week every two months) and responding to anomalies. Required Skills: This position can be a Salary Grade E03 or E04 based on the candidates qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience, and responsibility requirements for the position. Must have a B.S or B.A Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Physics or Mathematics or related technical field plus the minimum experience required for the following salary grades: E03 position requires a BS or BA Degree as described and minimum 4 years of experience providing engineering analysis, system maintenance or baseline management E04 position requires a BS or BA Degree as described and minimum 6 years of experience providing engineering analysis, system maintenance or baseline management Additional experience required Software skills/Web development skills (PERL, JAVA, HTML/XML, C , SQL, Wiki, JavaScript, MySQL, Linux) Superior Communication/Presentation skills (PowerPoint Problem solving skills Teaming experience Qualified applicants may be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
