We have an immediate contract opportunity for a Order Entry Processor, with one of our F500 clients in Aurora, CO
Responsibilities
Accurately enters, modifies and reviews new account information submitted by SSOs, Authorized Dealers, and Contract Dealers. Working on Document Manager, ADMIN, Informix/Web, Cardiff and Master Mind computer systems. Performing due diligence audits on all contracts submitted for purchasing. Shell creation and contracts are entered using various systems including ADMIN, Web, Cardiff, Informix and mastermind systems. Pull credit score via Equifax web site, set up recurring/auto payment plan, input correct bank and credit card information for payment and selected withdrawal date. Summarize shell creation and contracts information for due diligence. Information on the agreement compared with what is in the database. Summarize emergency information schedules and alarm service agreements, enter the contract information terms cancellation policy, alarm contract numbers, verify address with USPS website.
Qualifications
0-2 yrs of Experience. Ability to type at least 45 wpm. Advanced computer skills. Knowledge of office equipment operation. Light problem solving skills. Strong excel skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
