This position is responsible for planning and expediting the installation schedule that meets customer on-time delivery dates; coordinates with Customer Care, Sales, Installation, Builder Channel customers and Install Subcontractors to set up installation schedules.
Coordinate and prepares all install schedules for builder channel for specified region
Provides accurate and timely installation, service and warranty updates to the builder sales management team and customers
Interfaces with sub-contractors, Install Manager and builders on a daily basis for updates
Alerts the team to potential scheduling conflicts
Maintains install schedules, alerts the team to changes, identifies variations in trends that may influence our ability to provide needed services
Produces reports weekly and monthly as required for project updates for internal and external customers
Employs existing software solutions to establish the framework for a scheduling module that is scalable for future growth
Required Skills
Proficient in MS Office suite
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a team player

Process-improvement knowledge and skill
Required Experience
High school education or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred, OR
Four years work related experience in customer care, installation or purchasing
