Eligible Recruiter Candidate shall have ALL of the following to qualify for a position:

Must have background in either Human Resources, Recruiting, Staffing, Employment, Temporary Employment Services, Call Centers, Customer Service or Management. Prefer knowledge or working knowledge of the Trucking Industry (Dispatcher, Broker, Safety, Truck Driver, Manager)
Educational and practical operating knowledge of Computer, Internet, Fax, Phone Answering, Accounting, and Billing.
Educational and practical knowledge of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, Windows 7 or Windows 8, Emails, Database, filing, typing with minimum of 24 wpm, and scheduling.
Must be Professional in attitude and performance. We give 100% Customer Satisfaction and expect our service people to give the same.
Must be able to work at home in a quiet environment without noise and disturbances.
Must be a self-motivator willing to work 5-6 days a week.
Must be willing to work on a demand basis. Work when needed to accommodate the need of customers. This is usually a minimum of 5 hours a day.
Must be willing to generate cold leads, adjust techniques to gain leads, and be willing to follow directions as specified by company.
MUST MAINTAIN UNLIMITED INTERNET SERVICE, UNLIMITED CELL PHONE and SERVICE, COMPUTER (with Windows 7 or 8; No older than 2 years), and Printer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
