Home Health Agency Administrator Full Time Part Time (Aurora)
A-1 Home Health is looking to recruit an Administrator for its Medicare-certified home health agency in Aurora, Colorado. The Company is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our expansion efforts in the Denver Metro market. The position is a part time, with a possibility to become a full time in a few months.
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrator is responsible for the overall direction and success of the home health agency to include ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services, excellent customer service, effective leadership and growth in the market. The Administrator establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services which meet specific standards of quality in line with the organizational philosophy.
QUALIFICATIONS
21
years of age
Have education in the field of Health Service Administration
Has at least two years of experience in a Medicare-certified home health setting.
Has a minimum of two years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build a team, develop staff and create a culture of growth.
Has satisfactory references from current employers and/or professional peers.
Is self directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
