Account Specialist (Print Solutions)

This position is dedicated to grow profitable copy and print sales in contract through the coordination of various customer care and sales tasks with field sales teams and directly with customers.

Manage customer retention with sales teams, coordinate multiple customer inquiries, respond to customers promptly with accurate information, collect and consolidate various reports to manage customer accounts.
Analyze various reports, present and make improvement recommendations to sales leadership, training teams when recommendations are agreed.
Present recommendations for efficiency improvements and sales opportunities to National Operations team to gain global benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:
o Primary role and responsibility pertains to ownership with all channels/teams assigned including, but not limited to Account Management, Business Development, Inside Account Management, Retail (retail as it relates to contract customers) o Analyze national reports and extract opportunities specific to your support group and geography; present to sales leadership and team, making recommendations for changes to grow sales, improve operational efficiencies, and drive accountability and productivity of team o Provide analysis of specific geography recommendations to the National Operations Manager making recommendations for National Operational processes changes and sales growth ideas o Drive retention and sales through customer visits (and/or phone interaction) focused on training of ordering platforms and recommend and review services to fit the customers' needs o During customer engagements own any requests for quoting and/or order completion to the highest level of customer satisfaction o Leveraging analysis of various reports ensure support group is well versed and following the disciplines of all operational processes; make recommendations to Print District Sales o Present, train and coach Print teams in geography on operational processes and overcome obstacles to execution with excellence o Respond to customer inquiries ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction o Professionally intake customer complaints and remove obstacles to deliver resolution o Coordinate new implementations with Field Sales teams and Implementation team.
Train new and existing customers to effectively navigate Print Services on various online platforms o Maintain highest levels of satisfaction with assigned VIP customers to include but not limited to order taking, order resolution, product solutions, billing inquiries, inventory tracking, etcQualifications Basic:
o High School Diploma or GED o Must have 2 - 4 years high touch (or equivalent) customer service or Account Management experience Preferred o Bachelors Degree o Strong knowledge of Sales and selling environment o Strong analytical and organizational skills o Excellent communication skills, both written and oral o Experience in the Print industry o Proven ability to develop and foster relationships with internal and external customers

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
