The Real Estate Executive Administrator and Transaction Coordinator is an individual who is willing and able to be driven and a team player. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. The Executive Admin is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality and exactness. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is commitment to being detailed, driven, and must be adaptable. An Executive Admin and Transaction Coordinator is deeply committed to supporting the Team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive role within the team.
GENERAL JOB Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordinator Position will include knowledge of State Contracts, CTMe Software, and must have excellent communication and follow up skills. They will assist all agents on the team when needed to write contracts and follow the dates and deadlines schedule on those contracts. They will be the point of contact for clients on behalf of the agents on the team. Composing and sending independent responses to emails, when appropriate; fielding incoming correspondence when necessary (phone calls, faxes, email); selecting the appropriate communication method based on situation, urgency, and message content; ensuring communication is timely; creatively using communication technology; and maintaining contacts in database. Stay in compliance with office using our office using their software called Dotloop (Eedge). Update status in Metrolist (mls) when applicable.
Executive REO and Administrative Position Knowledge of REO -Will train the right candidate- (Foreclosure properties) Stay current on all bank procedures and policies, by staying up to date on mandatory training sessions. Actively enter and list all properties via Metrolist (MLS), Liaison between Seller and Buyer, Task completion in all bank sites. Submit expenses for reimbursements in bank sites. BPO's for all properties. Stay in compliance with our office using their software called Dotloop (Eedge). Follow up on contract to close on all properties. Liaison between title company and Seller. Representing The Blake Team by developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of The Blake Team's services, value propositions, and expansion plans; communicating The Blake Team competitive advantage to customers in a compelling articulate manner in speech, writing and formal presentation; behaving in ways that demonstrate corporate core values and culture; developing professional and positive relationships with customers and colleagues; maintaining a reputation of competence, integrity and professionalism.
REGULAR WORK ACTIVITIES:
Full Executive Assistant support to the Leader, and Transaction Coordinator for our team
Oversight of contracts through closing, including entering listings in the MLS
Being in compliance with our office, ensuring all paperwork is received and uploaded to the office
Customer/vendor relations
Answering Phones and Attending to Emails
Administrative for REO Sellers and Buyers agents for all of our Foreclosure properties. To include Data Entry of BPO's (Broker Price Opinion)
DESIRED SKILL, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS: WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON!!!
Real Estate Contract Experience Preferred using CTMe Software and Metrolist(MLS)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
REO (Real Estate Owned) knowledge Include use of the following sites: Equator, AMN.
Full knowledge of using Microsoft applications; excel, word, outlook
Exceptional organizational skills
Great ability to focus and work on multiple tasks
Concerned about doing things the right way
Calm under pressure
Learning-based and able to follow policy's and procedures
Service-based attitude
ADDITIONAL WORK:
Knowledge of Top Producer system. Marketing and Social Media.
COMPENSATION:
$19.23 per hour. This is a full time position. 1099 Employee. Eligible for Bonuses and Raises.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
