Executive Director
Juniper Village at Aurora is currently seeking an Executive Director for our secured memory care community. This person must have experience in long-term care, assisted living, and memory care. This person will have a strong focus on resident care and customer satisfaction. This person will manage the day to day operations of a 52 bed memory care AL to ensure the maximum levels of resident, family, and staff safety, wellness, and satisfaction. This is accomplished by the provision of sound fiscal management, effective marketing, public relations strategy, and activities. Having a strong understanding of AL operations, wellness department functions, marketing, strong computer skills, and knowledge of CO Assisted Living Regulations a must. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills, and team building skills a must.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
