Co-Sales Manager REPORTS TO:
Store Sales Leader OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
In partnership with the Store Sales Leader (SSL) supervises and monitors the sales, operational, brand, and human resource functions of the store.
Ensures maximum productivity, profitability, and compliance with company procedures.
Assumes all of the responsibilities of a Store Sales Leader when s/he is not in the store.

Responsibilities:
Builds Talent Interviews and hires top talent at the Sales Associate levelMaintains optimal store staffing levelsMonitors and implements training programs and initiatives for the storeEnsures that performance appraisals and compensation reviews are handled in a fair, timely, and consistent mannerIdentifies and resolves performance issues and policy violations appropriately in partnership with the SSLCoaches and delivers feedback as necessary in a timely and balanced manner on the floor.
Ensures compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies Sales Generation Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times and partners with the SSL to build a Customer First culture in the store.
Ensures the execution of company customer service policiesIn partnership with SSL, ensures the scheduling of the staff to maximize sales potentialEnsures action is taken to achieve store sales goals and correct negative sales trendsSupervises ASM and Sales Associates to maintain an adequate level of floor supervisionEnsures the maintenance of merchandise standards to maximize salesEnsures that the sales floor is full and sizedEnsures the achievement of store metrics on a consistent basisCommunicates customer feedback, best sellers, and recommendations to SSMEnsures the achievement of company merchandise standardsEnsures the execution of visual presentation direction and updatesEnsures compliance to the Brand Dress StandardsEnsures the maintenance of a clean, neat, and organized store Builds the Brand Operational Excellence Maintains Brand Operating StandardsAssists in the execution of inventories and maintains accurate inventory paperwork/recordsEnsures the appropriate execution of merchandise handling proceduresPartners with SSL to control payroll and all other controllable expensesEnsures the achievement of store shrink goalsCommunicates inventory problems, markdowns, and trends to SSMEnsures compliance to the Loss Prevention GuidelinesEnsures an adequate level of store suppliesIdentifies and resolves store maintenance issuesEnsures the maintenance of store safety standardsCompletes additional duties and projects as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
Three to four years retail experience, with at least one to two years of management experienceDemonstrated proficiency in recruiting, training, sales generation, operations, and merchandisingExcellent communication, delegation, follow-up, time-management, and analytical skillsProven ability to multi-task and direct activities at all levelsMinimal travel required LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:

Associate's degree or equivalent in work experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
