Call Center Representative

Looking for someone who can come in, hit the ground running, and handle receivables part time for a small family owned concrete company.
Read and interpret daily worksheets, create invoices for various properties, log activities in project books,QUICK BOOKS, and databases. Maintain multiple databases. Update receivables with purchase orders and track outstanding payments by keeping A/R reports clean and up-to-date. Keep paperwork organized.
Must be able to take direction and work independently. Ability to learn quickly, flexibility, organization, minorACCOUNTING, data entry, general math, research, analysis, attention to detail, results driven, verbal communication. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
MICROSOFT Office Professional
The perfect candidate will also be able to work in Autodesk/CAD products

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
