The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team with a wide variety of tasks including recruiting and sourcing for open positions, developing and maintaining candidate pipelines, managing the companys ATS system, college recruiting, and new hire onboarding.

- Recruiting experience in a fast paced, high volume role with a company or staffing agency
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of recruiting and sourcing strategies
