Position Summary: At ParkDIA we are committed to providing a wow experience for our customers. We are looking for outgoing and upbeat people to manage the customer service experience of our customers. Our Parking Concierge team is always happy to actively engage our customers in person or on the phone, proactively educate our customers on our product offerings, anticipate their needs and assist them throughout their travel experience. Location: Aurora, CO (DIA)Full and part time shifts available Due to the nature of our business, you may be required to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overnights and holidays. Successful candidates must: Embrace and provide a high quality level of customer service.Maintain a pleasant, professional and friendly demeanor with all guests and co-workers alike.Look and dress professional during work hours.Greet guests in a helpful manner and assist with luggage and any other needs.Drive and park cars with extreme caution.Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications:MS Office ExperienceBasic office equipmentParking or Hospitality experience Minimum Requirements: Be able to drive both an automatic and manual transmission vehiclesStrong communication skillsLegible handwritingFlexible schedule is requiredMulti-taskingProblem solvingAble to lift 50 lbsA high school diploma or its equivalentAble to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US Must be able to pass a pre-employment motor vehicle record check, background check and drug screen. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
