Construction Service Manager (Commercial/ Industrial Flooring)

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is a well-established, national leader in the industrial flooring industry for concrete polishing and epoxy systems. Since 1968 we have provided manufacturing facilities with a single source for solutions to their concrete floor needs. In 2015, QuestMark expanded its services and now has a hard surface department.
Successful candidate will have knowledge in polished concrete, epoxy and/ or hard surfacing with the ability to identify floor deficiencies and appropriate solutions for repair.
Job Duties:
Responsible for account development and territory development of Service Department
Schedule and manage service crews
Sales activities include new and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstration
Sales calls deal directly with end users such as plant managers, plant engineers, and maintenance managers
Primary sales focus is on various manufacturing/ industrial environments throughout the territory
Job Requirements:
2+ years of flooring experience required
Past customer service experience is required
The successful candidate must show solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success
The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
Solid time and territory management skills
Able and willing to travel
Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
18 years of age or older and Authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass a Pre-employment drug screen

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
