The Opportunity
Phonak LLC is seeking a Technical Support Representative, someone who is a leader in innovation solutions in the field of hearing. At Phonak there is a continual focus on being the top customer response team in the hearing aid industry. This position is an opportunity to work in cooperation with hearing experts around the world, and to give Phonak's customers the confidence to lead active lives.
This position will be based out of Warrenville, Illinois.
The Technical Support Representative's primary responsibility will be to thrill our customers by responding to all customer inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely, friendly and professional manner in order to increase customer commitment to Phonak. Previous experience meeting with hearing impaired patients, providing hearing aid and FM fitting recommendations will allow the candidate to be proactive in identifying the customers next need before they do. A passion for providing our audiologists with superior customer service will ensure that the Technical Support Representative is consistently giving accurate information and following through with communication about orders. A positive, energetic attitude is necessary for an average day of 70+ inbound calls.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
