Are you our next Business Development Director? You will be already be living in the UK, with a wide network of UK business contacts.
This position is responsible for obtaining profitable new engagements within designated accounts using effective sales and marketing techniques.
Your focus will be:
Client Management
+ Develop and cultivate multi-level client relationships and communication channels
+ Ensure client satisfaction with project deliverables through risk mitigation and project oversight
+ Proactively identify client needs and propose solutions
+ Engage others in strengthening client relationships
+ Oversee retention opportunities including profit maximisation
+ Identify client needs and propose solutions including pricing, proposal and contract documentation
+ Deliver sales presentations and drive opportunities to closure
+ Document opportunities in CRM
+ Drive additional revenue through new sales, upselling and cross sales
+ Represent Advito at industry events
+ Participate on panels, presentations, keynotes committees and boards that further Advito's presence
+ Provide documented industry thought leadership
Your profile:
+ Extensive senior level sales and marketing experience preferably gained within the travel industry, meetings and events or technology
+ Proven negotiation skills at senior level
+ Ability to easily build rapport and develop long lasting relationships
+ Networking expertise, with an extensive network of travel industry contacts
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be a first class presenter who is capable of addressing and engaging a high level audience
+ In-depth knowledge of corporate travel, meetings incentives and events plus supporting technologies, product pricing and financial analysis
+ Global awareness, you'll understand different backgrounds and cultures, a second European language would be an advantage
+ Degree educated
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Flexibility to travel extensively

Your work location

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
