Raytheon?s Intelligence, Information and Services GPS OCX Program is seeking a Program Cost Schedule & Control I Analyst to join the Business Operations staff in an entry level capacity. Must be an energetic, success minded team member who possesses strong self-initiative and multi-tasking skills, as well as able to both work independently and as part of a team environment. Needs to be able to work at hands-on detail level as well as willing to learn cross-functional tasks to support team environment. As a Program Controls Analyst I you will: Provide cost and schedule planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to the Finance Manager, Business Manager, Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs) and Control Account Managers (CAMs) Measure Earned Value (EV) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, graphs, analysis, etc. Prepare monthly EV and Program Control documents such as Secondary Work Authorizations (SWAs), the Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) and the Statement of Work (SOW) ? Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Compliance Matrix Monitor costs and staffing on a weekly basis ensuring that incurred costs are within budget and charged to the correct Network Activity (NWA) and Element of Cost (EOC) Prepare, review and execute Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) Support audits of financial information by both internal and external auditors Perform ad hoc financial support to the program as needed Required Skills: - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to interact with all levels of customers and management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position requires the ability to access systems that contain information restricted to US Citizens based on certain Federal Government contractual requirements. Desired Skills: - Familiarity with Earned Value Management - Familiarity with US Government Contracting - Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) - Knowledge of Cost Accounting concepts - Knowledge of Microframe Program Manager (MPM) - Knowledge of SAP Business System Required Education (including Major) : - BS/BA Degree in Finance/Business Administration obtained within the last 18 months, Fall 2016 or Spring 2017. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
