Customer Service Call Center

What you will be doing:
Places outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, etc.) and handles incoming calls (inquiries, complaints, etc.) and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.
Call Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound
Receives incoming phone calls from patients, records appointment information, transfers calls
Determines available appointment times and records patient information using an automated scheduling system
Relays information or transfers calls to appropriate personnel as necessary
Working hours: M-T 8-10 hrs 20 hrs per week
Skills:
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year customer service /call center experience (within a Healthcare setting is highly desirable)
100% perfect attendance
Must be flexible to work 8-10 hours Monday and Tuesday

Salary: $12 - 15 per hour + none




Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
