Raytheon?s Intelligence, Information, and Services Business is seeking a Sr Finance Program Control Analyst for the M2C Business Operation staff in our Aurora, Colorado office. As a Finance Program Control Analyst you will be responsible for providing cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to the Program Manager, utilizing standard company tools, and in compliance with standard processes. Responsibilities include the following assignments: o Development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) o Preparation of Work Authorization Documents o Development of time-phased budgets and schedules o Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective o Measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, graphs, analysis, as required. o Provide PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance o Prepare internal program review presentations for Raytheon management o Develop financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for submittal to customers o Provide funding forecast to internal/external customers (CFSR). o Monitor billing status, unbilled issues, and cash collections o Work with leadership team to accurately forecast Bookings, Sales, Profit, Cash and provide variance analysis o Support audits of financial information by internal auditors, external auditors, DCAA and other agencies o Assist with development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP's) Required Experience, Knowledge, and/or Skills: ? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a business related field with 4+ years of applicable work experience. ? Strong background in project controls/program controls/business management including proficiency with EVMS, cost analysis, and forecasting. ? Complete understanding of concepts and techniques related to program controls. Concepts include but are not limited to earned value management, forecasting, strategic planning, variance analysis, etc. ? Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensuring solutions are consistent with organization objectives. ? Good mathematical and analytical skills. ? Strong Excel skills required ? Must have accomplished verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with senior levels of management and customer organizations. ? Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to details. ? US Citizenship with current SSBI clearance required. Desired Experience, Knowledge, and/or Skills: ? Experience with program controls and/or corporate finance with a classified customer. ? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
