Position Summary:
We are looking for Inside Business Development Representatives who are confident, self-motivated, competitive and who thrive on exceeding goals set for them. It is vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of potential customers.
What You'll Do:
As an Inside Business Development Representative (IBD), you will call on to prospect and acquire new mid-market Staples Business Advantage customers from leads obtained through an inbound and outbound dialing process. You will also qualify prospects based on annual budgets and needs while positioning the right mid-market contract pricing program. White creating and onboarding new accounts you will introduce these clients to Staples Business Advantage beyond office supplies solution (BOSS). After a new account has placed their initial order the account will be transitioned to an inside sales rep. to be managed going forward. In this role you will be working closely and partnering with Specialist partners to sell BOSS and with Sales Development Representatives (SDR) on leads coming in. As part of the qualification process you will work closely with the Credit department as well as working with Pricing on customer quotes and bids. In addition, you will partner with the account management team to transition new accounts and provide feedback to the marketing department on lead quality.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
