Learning and Development Coach

Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing training and coaching for individual sellers and leaders within the inside sales team. They will work closely with the instructional design team to create and execute the training and provide performance support tools to assist in the in the transfer of learning.
They will work with the Learning Advisor and the Coordinator to schedule
events and ensure all scenarios and role play examples are pertinent to the business and in addition, work with both team members to help measure and evaluate the training.
The L&D Coach will need to clearly demonstrate and teach the learning within a live and virtual settings. They will need to ensure the audience is engaged throughout the training by using the latest technology and training techniques.
In addition to facilitating the actual sessions, they will be responsible for organizing and coordinating any pre-work and be responsible for deploying performance support to ensure the learning is retained. This would involve
conducting 30, 60, 90 day check-ins with the class by creating and facilitating
coaching support sessions to help ensure skills are applied. In addition, they would play a critical role in helping to ensure managers are aware of the core behaviors taught and provide managers with the performance support tools needed to help facilitate a conversation with the learner.
They will need to understand the business/skills they support to ensure that they are credible with key examples and case studies within that discipline. They need to keep up to date on the latest technologies and include the use of technology within their classes.
Overall, this position will act as a facilitator of performance to ensure skills trained are being retained and applied. In addition, they will work with the Operations Team to evaluate feedback and results and adjust training and style accordingly to help ensure the learning is driving performance.
Key Job Responsibilities
The facilitator will be responsible for delivering training via virtual and live forum
In addition, they will be responsible for coaching attendees after the live/virtual class is over to help ensure skills are applied and business metrics are being impacted
The facilitator will need to utilize all of the latest and greatest technologies to support a virtual classroom. They will be responsible for testing and evaluating new tools.
In addition, they will be required to save money and reduce costs as necessary be developing efficient processes, conducting pre-work and communicating schedules far enough ahead of time
The coach will be supporting inside sales including training to all category teams and will need to be flexible and adaptive to each new business unit
They will need to work closely with the Learning Advisor to ensure the content is relevant for the needs of the business
Due to the fact that this position will be responsible for coaching attendees post class, this person must be effective at building and maintain relationships
This role will be held accountable for coaching and training a variety of different associates across a variety of levels
They will need adjust their style accordingly based on the content and level of the role
This role will be responsible for being aware of the strategy so that they can help to ensure they are executing the strategy appropriately.
KPIs? Key Performance Indicators (i.e. how is success defined in this role?)
The KPIs will be defined when the training roadmap/strategy is created. Example could include increase revenue of existing accounts, improve collaboration of the SAL team, improved margin rates, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
