About the role
In order to help Cochlear prepare our field based employees to provide exceptional support to our professional partners and recipients, we are recruiting for an Education Program Manager in our Americas head office based in Centennial, CO.
To be successful in this role you'll work collaboratively with marketing, sales, clinical, and talent development teams to create a dynamic learning experience to our newest field based employees. This manager role is responsible for the management of Cochlear's field onboarding programs.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history of innovation by applying your knowledge of curriculum development, process improvement, instructional design, project management, and facilitation.

5-7 years' experience in program management, process improvement, project management, content management and facilitation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
