University of Colorado - Barbara Davis Center
The Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center is a multi-disciplinary diabetes center affiliated with The Children Hospital as well as the University of Colorado, School of Medicine.
The patient population is primarily children with type 1 diabetes, but also includes youth with type 2 diabetes. In addition to the clinical program, the Barbara Davis Center has a large basic research program allowing many ongoing educational opportunities.
This Instructor position is an at-will faculty appointment. This position will provide diabetes care to newly diagnosed and established children who have Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes.
This nurse will develop, facilitate implementation and evaluate care management plans for patients with complex health needs by providing leadership that facilitates the ongoing development of clinical practice in pediatric diabetes. This appointment will involve approximately 100% clinical work.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
