Summary --Application Developer Associate
This is an exempt, full-time opportunity with the IS Department of the University of Colorado Hospital, located on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado.
We are seeking a talented and innovative Associate Application Developer to become part of our Team. The Associate Application Developer will be responsible for support and maintenance of existing SharePoint and .NET based applications for the hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the most interesting projects in current Health Care Information Technology for one of the best hospitals in the country. The successful candidate is a self-starter with excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
Job Duties
Support existing .NET and SharePoint Applications.
Troubleshoot issues and work with end users to resolve.
Work closely with other developers of the development team on design and development of solutions.
Work with business users to gather requirements
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of relevant experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
Software development experience with Microsoft .NET and C#
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases
Experience with Javascript and HTML

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
