Sr. IT Business Analyst, Employee Experience & Support

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills . Ability to partner across functions. 10 plus years relevant work experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, Business, Marketing,Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience:
10 years of progressive business experience
8 years of successful project management or consulting experience; PMI - PMP or equivalent; Experience working on Information Technology projects
Management technical experience in design, delivery and support roles is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience applying IT technology in an innovative manner to solve business problems
Proven ability to collaborate at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures; comfortable working with executive level management
Able to work well in a staff environment that requires flexibility in long range, short range and very short turnaround assignments
Experience with best practice benchmarking processes and practices
Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)
Comfortable with communication and interfacing at all levels of the organization with excellent communication, negotiating, and listening skills.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Requires a strong businessacumen with ability to understand the impacts of initiatives includingexcellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as highly competent projectmanagement, communication and leadership skills. Prefer candidates with anunderstanding of MS Project and 6 Sigma or other Quality methodologies.
As a leader of the project implementation team, provides technical expertise inidentifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are costeffective and meet user needs. May lead cross-functional linked teams toaddress business or systems issues.
Provide leadership and expertise in evaluating and developing solutions tocomplex business problems, frequently operating at the leading edge oftechnology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing automatedsystems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
