Job Summary:
The Department of Radiology has an opening for a full-time faculty member in the Breast Imaging Section. This is a terrific opportunity to join a highly progressive department and institution, on a brand new state-of-the-art campus, in one of the best places to live in the United States.
The Breast Section is integrated in a Breast Center, which is part of an NCI designated comprehensive cancer center. All of the equipment is state-of-the-art including tomosynthesis, ultrasound, MRI, and stereotactic guidance. There are also weekly multidisciplinary breast cancer conferences. Faculty members will have the opportunity to interact with medical students, residents, and fellows. Both the Breast Section and the Department of Radiology have been recognized as an ACR Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence. We are the only Radiology department in the state of Colorado to receive this prestigious honor.

+ Diagnostic mammograms
+ Sonography
+ Breast image-guided breast procedures
Resident and medical student education in both outpatient and inpatient settings are critical components of the position.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Medical Degree or equivalent
+ Colorado Medical License
+ ABR Certification
+ Fellowship Training
Required Competencies:
Competency is required in the performance of breast imaging.
Preferred Qualifications:
The individual would have a proven interest in clinical research

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
