Associate Professor of Nuclear Medicine

Job Summary
The Department of Radiology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine has an opening for a full-time faculty member in the Nuclear Medicine Division, at the rank of Associate or Full-Professor. This person will also serve as the Section Chief of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. The school is located on the Anschutz Medical Campus, one of four campuses in the University of Colorado system.
The successful recruit will be required to participate in all aspects of our clinical practice as well as our other primary missions of education, research, and service. Qualified candidates will be board certified in Nuclear Medicine or board certified in Radiology with additional board certification in Nuclear Medicine or CAQ in Nuclear Radiology. They should also have a proven record of excellence in clinical care, teaching effectiveness, and academic accomplishments, which have advanced the field of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging.
Minimum Qualifications
Medical Degree or equivalent, eligible for Colorado Medical License, ABNM Certification or ABR Certification with fellowship training in nuclear medicine.
Required Competencies
Leadership experience and excellence in the practice of Nuclear Medicine.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven achievement in clinical and/or translational research.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
