Administrative Professional- (Field Sales Team)

Position Summary
The Field Sales admin is primarily responsible for providing regional level administrative support based on the needs of the regional sales team. Provides specialized assistance to field sales leadership on a variety of requests including, but not limited to: business reviews, bookkeeping and meeting management.
Primary Responsibilities
Support field leaders with writing and maintaining business reviews
Completing necessary bookkeeping including expense/travel reporting
Visitor support
Equipment management
Meeting management responsibilities to include logistics, meeting management and note taking
Oversee associate on boarding
Provide marketing event support.
Create and generate reports in Excel and develop presentations to be used in sales meetings
Assists as needed from an administrative support standpoint
Perform other related duties as required or requested
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum one year of office experience in an office environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis in spelling and grammar
Proven multi-tasking capability and solid organizational skills
Good typing, grammar and spelling skills
Basic computer skills to include; Microsoft Word and Outlook
Knowledge of spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Computer proficiency to include: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
1-3 years supporting a sales or customer service organization that spans multiple locations
Proven customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor while managing multiple deadline-oriented projects

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
